AGM Election 2025

A full agenda, annual reports, and nominees will be emailed to all eligible members at least 2 business days before the meeting.

With most of the 2025 team leaving, we need nominations!

The following items will be on the agenda for our AGM:

• Presentation of reports on our 2025 activities and finances
• Electing the 2026 leadership
• Essential admin: bank update, etc.

We’d love to see as many of you there as possible, your voice and vote is important!

Attendance & Registration

Attendance pre-registration is not required, but will help us manage room capacity! You can register your attendance via the nomination form below.

Elections - Nomination Process

The following positions will be elected at the AGM:

• President,
• Vice President of Administration,
• Vice President of Operations,
• Treasurer,
• Events Officer,

Please read the attached mission statement for an overall view of roles! Nomination requirements:

• Only Full Members may nominate. Full Members are currently enrolled RMIT student members.,
• Nominees must be planning to continue their studies at RMIT for the duration of 2026.,

 To nominate: Complete the Nomination form here: https://forms.office.com/r/XZmedbwSs8 Deadline for nominations: 6:00PM on Wednesday, 12 November 2025. Important: Nominees must attend the AGM. If you cannot attend, you must email the Returning Officer at s3897118@student.rmit.edu.au before the meeting with your name, student number, Club name, the position(s) you are nominating for, and a short explanation.
